I am assuming you are updating with an account that has Admin rights too, correct? I have seen this happen where it cannot finish the installation due to the fact that the user trying to upgrade does not have admin rights on their system. ~TD

Where is the PST file located? Locally on your hard drive or on a network resource? If it is on a network resource then there might be something gone awry with your networko connection to that resource or you are not authenticating to the server that your pst file resides on.... check it out! ~TD

yeah but to get to the network identification tab to change from a workstion to a domain you need to have admin rights on that system...then you need to be a domain admin ( or equal rights) to add it to the domain... ~TD
