We are using Outlook 2000 on Win2K. I want to import her calendar from her PST file to the exchange server calendar function without having to drag and drop each appointment into the new calendar. Is there anyway to accomplish this?

I am assuming you are updating with an account that has Admin rights too, correct? I have seen this happen where it cannot finish the installation due to the fact that the user trying to upgrade does not have admin rights on their system.

Where is the PST file located? Locally on your hard drive or on a network resource? If it is on a network resource then there might be something gone awry with your networko connection to that resource or you are not authenticating to the server that your pst file resides on....
