We have a windows 2003 server shop. We also have server member servers we RDP into. Sometimes we can't because we have disconnected terminal service connections still hanging. What is the best way to resolve this issue..?
1) just to go Terminal services mgr and log the disconnected session...
Thanks for info kmcferrin, now that you bring up the Creator Owner group, that group is also in there. I was thinking of putting it out so that users who create file/folders don't prevent anyone else, like their mgr, from accessing them.

DaveyCrockett - I've taken the 70-290 exam already and passed it. I'm currently studying for the 70-291 which I'm going to be scheduling for the end of this month October.
I'm going for the MCSA and from my experience I would say the 290 is the easier one of the two.
