    Well, losing the tunnel, and losing contact with the IPO are totally different... I've set up tunnels before that last through a cable modem restart (~ 2 minutes) with no problems, yet the IP hardphones head over to discovery mode after a much much shorter time, usually around a second or two...

    I was having the same problem... Some registry searching revealed this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Alchemy\Voicemail\Directories\MinimumRecordedNameLength I changed it as recommended, and it works again. Thanks, mattKnight for the push in the right direction...
