I am trying to get a 9611G to be a VPN handset. The phone is enabled for VPN and it accepts the VPN settings, but when the phone boots up it comes up with IKE phase 1 error.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

I have just taken over maintenance of a customer who has a CM in Almeria with an LSP off main site in Poland. I don't doubt for a minute that the software versions are different but is there a way for me to remotely check the software version of the LSP only?

Thanx rejackson, this is now getting the calls to the Voicemail but when it answers the cli of the (internal) station is being sent, plays my name and asks for my password! Bizarre! I dont have basic vectoring swtiched on though! Mike

Is there a way on CM2.1 that a call queueing to an attendant can be sent to Voicemail after X amount of seconds? I have inherited the vector below but it only goes when a call fails to queue in step 5 i.e. the attendants are not in day service. Can you redirect a console on RONA?
