Thanks, I should have been a tad more specific. When the dss is put into night mode we still want it to go to the after hours message. But for a couple hours after the operator leaves we want it to go to one of the sales reps.

When our operator leaves for the day we'd like to forward all calls normally going there to a dterm station. I'm sure this is probably easy but for the life of me I cannot find the answer. can anyone point me in the right direction?
