Will the following process:
Press Feature 985
Press the 9 Key
Enter RESETSMPSWD (73738767793) using the dialpad
work to reset the password? Or it will create undesirable issues?
Thanks

Its fixed!! I was able to loopback the card.
Thanks
The issue is my bix panel is shared, and once in a while
people tend to remove things without checking if they are removing
someone wire!
I was able to identify correctly the other T1 I have.
Pin 22/23 was the solution!
I dont have a RJ45 plus it goes from the PBX backpanel to a BIX RACK
that has pinout from 0 to 25.
My Card is on Slot 2 on the First Cabinet of the PBX, so I would
go to the BIX rack on the #2 and there I have pinout 0-25.
hope this is clear enough
Thanks....
Just did the loop but still doesnt go into loopback.
Just to be sure ... wire on 12 goes to 45.
And this is on a bix tab that goes from 0 to 26.
thanks
I need to put my NTAK09 card in loopback mode.
From my OPt11C there ia a cable that goes from the backplane to my BIX...
On the bix, where do I need to put the cable?
Normally the pinout is 1&5 + 2&4.
But doesnt seem to work.
Thanks

The impact is not right away... but after a few of those the whole CTI link goes down. All agents...

No user needed, all you need is to point your application
to the IP address of the server on port 3000 and it should work.
The only user needed, is if you want to connect to RTD then
you need a user. That user is to be created with the Server Utility tool on the server it self. Then you create...
