Issues after Reset System Manager Password 1

The receptionist just did a reset using FEAT 985 (Reset System Manager Password)
and now her phone is always trying to Calling an internal extension that doesn't exist.

And now she doesn't know what to do... and the normal tech is out on vacation.

Any help will be appreciated

If her phone keeps calling somebody then one of her buttons is sticky and is probably programmed to call that non existing DN, wiggle it free.

Just told her that... she just pressed all the buttons one by one...
But the issues still there.

Again she did the F985 not F983

Forget what I just said... She just called me Issue is resolved.
You had the solution... sticky buttons!

Let just say she was stressed... she asked someone else to check for the sticky button!
