I am getting the following error:
"The program can't start because Watchdog.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Any ideas?
OK, That is what I will do then.
It has just been a lot of change and I was hoping to keep things as simple as possible.
They came off an old Nortel Symposium express that was failing and dropping calls.
They freaked when I installed the desktop client :-)
Is it possible for more than one agent to use the same phone in uccx?
Let's say you have first and second shift employees that use the same phone. Or a fill-in agent that logs-in while someone goes to lunch... etc
I don`t want to use extension mobility if I can avoid it.
Scratch that. It's still not working inbound. callers can hear me but I can't here them.
I registered a sip client to the asterisk box and called the CME and it worked fine. I can call the asterisk extension too and everything works.
I can call outbound from the CME to my cell and...
I found the problem. I needed to disallow all and allow ulaw on the asterisk box for calls coming to CME. I purchased the G.729 codec from Digium and used it to setup my connection to callcentric.com. So I guess it was passing G.729 to CME when I received calls. Once I forced G.711 it seemed...
I setup Asterisk now with callcentric and registered my CME to the Asterisk system.
I can place calls fine. two-way audio & DTMF work great. However, I am getting 1-way speech on incoming calls.
Here is my current CME config:

Hello,
I have just configured a sip Trunk to callcentric.com. I am able to place calls inbound and out but there is no audio.

I have experienced this before and for me it was a CLID issue. I was sending inccorect CLID and I got dialtone back from the carrier.
Once I corrected the CLID the problem was resolved.
Check your CLID and see if it isn't wrong on the affected sets.
4609 is the number I am trying to dial. I added a route to the NRS and verified it from the Tools menu.
Turns out you can use a newer NRS. I installed 5.5 standalone NRS on an old ISP100. It didn't fix my problem though, exactly the same issue with the 5.5 NRS as the 4.5.
UPDATE 2: I deplisted the SigServer, MC-32 card, & Call Server with the latest deplist from Nortel. Now the X-Lite will register and can receive calls from the PBX. However, it will not place calls. I used the Dial-plan from the FAQ but still no dice. Any IDEAS?
I saw a post where someone...
Update: I tried registering two Nortel 1100 series phones with the sip firmware. They both register and the NRS shows them registered and gives me their IP addresses.
However, I cannot call between them.
Also, I am seeing the following message on the OAM of the SigServer for both phones...
I am trying to configure a SIP User Endpoint in a RLS 4.5 NRS.
I have SIP access ports on my system and have built the D-Channel, Route, & Trunks. Bellow is a print out of my PBX programming.
I created a SIP endpoint for my PBX in the NRS using the Node IP address.
I created a User endpoint...
