Until you get the patch, you can change the KBA/DBA to 2 and then update. The keys will appear -J

If you enter "2" where KBA is the keys will appear as usual. There is currently a bug and no fix that I know of yet. Hope this helps James

Okay, had the vendor check with Nortel on this again and it seems that the registry setting were incorrect. They changed them and all is fine. I am currently trying to find out exactly what was changed and will let you know. Thanks again
