led 4 - Battery Failure

I am trying to copy a users contacts list in outlook 2003 to a users contact list in outlook 2000.
i have tried the import/export tool, howver this states that the copy is incompatible.

I have a hp 1220c (a3) deskjet hooked up to an hp jet direct box, with a static ip.
It will not print from any client networked pc, or from the print test page in windows on the print server.. but it will print from the hp 1220c software on the print server printing test pages and the like...
When a user send emails, both internal and external, the email attaches a sent time that is 1 hour behind the actual time it is sent.
Please can this be rectified.
The exchange server and the pc has the correct time.
One of my users running xp prof, keeps on periodically getting the message "Invalid Installation: Please Re-Install" It shows no reference to any program or process.
Any ideas what it refers to, and how I can get rid of it!!
