Hi all, I have installed an new UC module on site but i am unable to get IM working, the My Buddy icon is not appearing nor is any IM messaging boxes. Normally out the box it just works, i have upgraded the firmware to 8.1.93 on the UC still with no avail. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
