IPO V2 Upgrade

Hi, All!
I had a IPO500 V2 with 7.0 Software.
after Up Grading to 8.1 and loaded with Essential Edition the Mobile Twinning don't work.
every time i answer the call with my mobile the call went silent.
Please help!!

What kind of trunks, did you setup mobility properly, what do you see in monitor?

it is running SIP trunk and IP Phone, yes mobility is setup properly, I believe???
I can see the call is going out to my mobile phone via the second line in the SIP trunk in the monitor, when i make test call.

You need to set the RTP - RTCP keepalives under the LAN your pushing the SIP over.

I just make the change from RTP to RTP-RTCP in LAN>VOIP, but still not working?

sounds like you may have a incorrect codec set, should be set to g.729 under system codecs, make sure this is an available codec to use
