I have an NEC SL2100 with an analogue trunk card. I need to convert a 3 pstn multiline into this one rj45 slot. Could somebody tell me how to convert the BT points into one so I can plug directly into the trunk card?

Tried that, so on transfer it is all working as expected, it just on the auto attendant before the first call is answered, after the first option is pressed. Latest version of the software too?

That is set to hold at the moment but either option doesn't change anything, I have ring back tone or hold as the options?

Have you restricted 10020-10275 to the voicehost IP? If so, remove the block on those ports so it can communicate to all IP's. Keep 5060 restricted though.

What ports have you opened up on the Draytek?

For the outbound calls, ensure SIP ALG is disabled on your router. What router are you using?

The sip provider that I have uses IP registration so none of these settings should be required? Is there anything else that may be missing?
