SL2100 Play Music on Hold after pressing option in Auto Attendant

Hi, I want my auto attendant, once the option has been pressed to play the music on hold rather than the caller hear the dialling tone. Is this possible?

That is set to hold at the moment but either option doesn't change anything, I have ring back tone or hold as the options?

Yes. Hold should play the on hold message.

That's what it's set to, but it just rings still?

From the Features + Specs manual;
24-02-02 System Options for Transfer - MOH or Ringback on Transferred Calls
Use this option to enable or disable MOH on Transfer.
If enabled (0), a transferred caller hears MOH while their call rings the destination extension. If disabled
(1), a transferred caller hears ringback while their call rings the destination extension.
0 = Hold Tone
1 = Ring Back Tone

Make sure you have a music source for MOH and not the NEC default tone.
You should have the latest software, v 1.04.05
Last, try a system reset.

Tried that, so on transfer it is all working as expected, it just on the auto attendant before the first call is answered, after the first option is pressed.

Latest version of the software too?
