Are those commands to add the KBA to the phone? I have the KBA already added on the phone. There's nothing programmed on the keys. I want to program the keys with extensions (i.e. 123, 124, 125, etc...) so it'll be easy for the people at the front desk to transfer calls.

John, how do I tell which port I'm connected to? The 11C is connected to a switch box which allows me to toggle between the regular terminal and the computer. Can you tell me what commands to enter to find out what port I'm connected to? Thanks, Ed

This is actually the first phone. There's a 2008 on the Line 2 of the splitter and that works fine. I can plug the 2616 into the Line 2 jack and then it works. The Line 1 jack of the spliter does not work any more. I've checked and they both have their own individual TN.

Yea, it was working before and I really just don't know why it stopped working. Everything in the switch seems fine. I've replaced all the hardware that I can replace.
