3904 KBA Programming Question

Hi,

I have a 3904 with a KBA on it. This may be a really stupid question, but how do I program the KBA? I want the front desk person to be able to easily transfer incoming calls to other people in the office. Is there a way to program the KBA keys with the extension of the other people in the office?

then add the key appearances

and make the keys adl 16.
these will be auto dial keys. the user can then program each key with any number they want. then they hit transer the auto dial key and connect.

Are those commands to add the KBA to the phone? I have the KBA already added on the phone. There's nothing programmed on the keys. I want to program the keys with extensions (i.e. 123, 124, 125, etc...) so it'll be easy for the people at the front desk to transfer calls.
