I have developed a Crystal report which runs fine in Crystal. When I try running it through the Instance Manager in CMC (a scheduled batch job), I receive the following error:
Error in File ~tmp18bc7067edc0c30.rpt: Error in formula Percent: 'IF DistinctCount ({field},{months}) > 0 ' This...
I am using Crystal 11 (standard).
I have a chart of values by month. I have been able to add in the standard deviation by selecting the series line on the chart and selecting "trendlines". I noticed that is only shows the 1st standard deviation. Is there any way to show the 2nd or 3rd...
I am using Crystal 11.0, Standard.
I have a line chart based on a cross-tab in a group header (about 20 groups). There are 10 lines on the chart and I have the series markers showing. By default, the markers are all square. The lines (and associated markers) are different colors, which is a...
I am using a Running Total count as a way to list the rank order of locations. The report has 3 groups -
Grp1 = Division
Grp2 = Department
Grp3 = Location
I have the Group Sort Expert set for Top 10 Locations by total widgets. This correctly produces the top 10 locations in descending order...
I am having difficulty with a combination graph where I want to make certain the bars and lines always represent the same data type.
I have a combination graph with 2 stacked bars on the primary y-axis and a line on the secondary y-axis. The charts appear in the header for Group1, which is...
I would like to suppress 'subtotals' in a cross-tab. For example, I have three row fields (division, department, and year) and one column field (product). The cross-tab is summing the total number of products sold. I can suppress the grand row and column totals without a problem. But I don't...
(I originally posted this in Crystal Reports 1, but I think its more appropriate here.)
I would like to show the data labels (name) on my bubble graph. For example, let's say I have the following data:
Widget1 100 200 50
Widget2 75 225 55
Widget3 120 180 50
Widget4 110...
I would like to place the data labels (name) on my bubble graph. For example, I have the following data:
Widget1 100 200 50
Widget2 75 225 55
Widget3 120 180 50
Widget4 110 190 53
The graph defaults to putting the data names (Widget1, Widget2, etc) at the side or...
I have a date field that appears to be changing when it is used as a group. The field "Period" is of type date/time. In the database (Access) the field is also date/time. The period should be the first of each month, ie 10/01/06, 11/01/06, etc. This is true in the database. It is also true...
If I group by v1, v2, and FromLoc, then won't it fail to tell me the individual amount of time per location?
For example, the first widget (v1=1 and v2=a) goes to ABC, then DEF, then ABC, and then DEF. I need to have 2 different totals for ABC and two different totals for DEF. As I...
I have a data set where the widgets move between locations. I need to know the time each widget spent in each location, each time...not a sum of the total time spent in a location. The data needs to stay in order by date. An example would be the SubTotals option in Excel, but my data set is...
You may already by doing this, but do you have the date range selected for "On Change Of?"? I actually use v7 but I would guess there is something similar for v8.
If that isn't the problem, the only other thing I can think of is to make sure that your date range is formatted correclty.
You may want to consider using a cross-tab. I'm not sure the format of your "date time" variable - you may have to set up another variable that gives you just the date. But then you can create a cross-tab with the date as the columns, the user for the rows, and then pages emailed as...
Perhaps I'm not quite understanding what you are looking for. When I use "24hh:mm" (which I think is the same as your "13:30"), I end up with numbers such as 00:24 when the decimal is 0.017; that means the agent talked for 24 minutes.
Maybe someone else has some ideas?
Not to be discouraging since I do use Crystal a lot, but I do export all my data to Excel before charting. Charting in Crystal does not work well in my mind if you are doing anything but basic charting.
