CAN not install PRI on any version without the PCMCIA card in the software. You may want to consider a CP150 with Call Center and software upgrade, Or you will have to change the PRI order to a standard T-1

The call pilot did not have newer software in it and now you are you trying to downgrade the unit, what I would do if this is what you are trying to do, is short the battery in the call pilot, make sure your software card is in the back slot, "the front slot is only for upgrades" and try...
Well if you have a cp you can have multiple tennants on the unit. There are two ways just as exmogger stated you can setup a seperate auto attendant for his lines (You have 4 auto attendants in a call pilot or you can give him a mailbox and assign the line to his phone only private

sold and installed over 400 copies of 4.0 never had any unstable problems...Regardless you need any software with the PCMICA Card to do PRI.
And if you have a voicemail or ACD system you will need to get the version software because more than likely you will need a software upgrade on this unit...
