A bit overkill but would Virtual PC XP mode work. Its free and gives you XP. Your local drives appear as mapped drives in the Virtual machine. You can have a look here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/

Probably a silly question, but here goes, we have taken over a company and want to integrate them into our existing network.
We use an IP 192.168.xxx.xxx range and they use 10.xxx.xxx.xxx range, they would prefer not to change their scheme. My question is, is this possible ?, and if so...

We had the samee problem here, the drivers do need to be installed on the Terminal Server. You can see all the failed printers in the Event Logs.

FloDiggs thanks for the reply, it is actually a Networked Printer.
We have put these servers in 4 of our Branches and this is the first one that has behaved like this.
I managed to get them working by adding the users to the Print Operators Group. There must be a better way of doing it though...
Cant you just share the folder on the 2003 server, give the users the permissions they require. Then just map the network drive on the users log in.

I am having a strange problem with printing, when users print from Excel it takes about 5 mins to get the print out, Word comes up with an error "The printer has not yet responded ..."
Printing from Notepad and Test pages fly of the printer like there is no tommorrow.

We have a strange situation here, we are running win 2000 server and still using office 97. We have a file server and there are three terminal servers, all users use terminal server to acces the network.
We have about half a dozen users were one of them will open a word document...
