Hi there,
I need to share a few folders on Windows 2003 server. (Basically a straight forward file server). How do I setup W2003S so that it does not require a username and password from the userside. Thus I want to connect to the folders from anoher PC without being asked a username and password.
Could anybody please explain the easiest way to do this!

Thank you in advance

Cant you just share the folder on the 2003 server, give the users the permissions they require. Then just map the network drive on the users log in.

Apologies if you have tried this already.

Ken

Thank you,
So obvious, it must be the end-of-the-year syndrome! Just enable the guest account!!
Thank you for the help!
