Thanks for your suggestion, acutally, VLANTEST already has been set to 0, but which only can force the IP phones to stay on the voice network segment instead of registering on data segment, the phones still can't auto recovery if the network downtime is too long. Any other ideas? Thx.

Seems there is something wrong with the network routing between 192.168.0.34 & 192.168.2.31, pls check the ip route setting in G350 & G700, and you may get help from your network team if no erros about ip route were found.
