    4602SW Firmware 1.8 has this issue under CM 1.3 environment. Others like codec mismatch, firewall also can be the root cause. Sometimes the problem can be fixed by turn off the shuffling on the phone.

    Hi Rick Thanks for your suggestion, acutally, VLANTEST already has been set to 0, but which only can force the IP phones to stay on the voice network segment instead of registering on data segment, the phones still can't auto recovery if the network downtime is too long. Any other ideas? Thx.

    HI Shandy Seems there is something wrong with the network routing between 192.168.0.34 & 192.168.2.31, pls check the ip route setting in G350 & G700, and you may get help from your network team if no erros about ip route were found.

    Dear Sir Does anyone know how long IP Phone will continue searching for available CLAN during the network outrage? I found if the network switch was down for 2 hours, all of the ip phones would stop searching CLAN until reset.
