8300with CM3.0.1 IP phone problem

An incoming call via IDAP trunk to a 4610 IP phone with FW 2.4, when user pick up the phone, just hear silence. When I dial four times , one call may happen the problem.
I already upgrade the VOIP FW to 60. Finally, I restart the 8300 server . The problem solved. But this happen again in seven day later.
There is two G700 media gateway connect with a back cable.

Can you show us a list trace of a failed attempt that would be helpful.

It may be caused by the voip resource on one of the G700 , and pls check your config for IP route in both of 2 G700s.

I had this same problem on 4 different systems. It's a known issue, you can ask a patch or just upgrade to 3.1.1.

I already upgrade a patch to 1 system. But not working.
I had 2 system with 3.0.1.
It is hard to upgrade to 3.1.1. Because the 2 system just install last month.....

Have you opened the Direct IP to IP(shuffling) on the phone?

What patch did ypu put on the system ? You should get a custom made patch for this not the one you can find on the Avaya website.
