Monitoring a CLAN 1

Morning all

Apparently one of my extensions keeps re-registering itself on the CLAN. The user had reported the phone kept rebooting itself (4610sw)

Our vendor support team asked me to change the switch port of the phone as they had noticed the phone had kept re-registering itself from the CLAN.

How did they find this out? Is there anyway of doing this using CM5?

Also, does anyone have any technical documentation on the CLAN?

list trace ras ip-stations <station number> can trace the registeration message communicating between CLAN and IP phone.

Am I right in thinking that this is only going to give me present dat and not historical?
