It's not just as simple as that though... each archive has a FID assigned to it which needs to be the same as the FID of the account you're opening it through. You will need to check if both the account and the archive have the same FID before you can view it. There are 2 ways you can go with...

If you display the calendar as details (using the "view by" icon on the toolbar), it lists them all like your mailbox displays messages. You can then Ctrl-A to select all and delete them.
Not sure if there's a way to do this centrally so you don't have to go into each mailbox though. Maybe...
I have never found a setting for this. I used to have my parent folders in Capital Letters and my sub folders in Title Case. It was easy to see the difference.

The etp.dat is what is required for the activation. If your system does not allow these attachments, you will not be able to activate your device.

We have this same thing quite a lot as some of our offices use Outlook. You need to configure your settings to Plain Text rather than HTML and you should be able to read it fine.

Best way that I know of is to put section breaks in so your cover page would be section 1 and the next page would be section 2. You can then set different headers and footers for each section.

We're on 6.5 so not sure if it's the same. When you create a new email, go to tools and choose quick correct. Remove the tick in "replace words as you type".

Sadly, this is the only way to do it. We have this problem every time a user leaves as they use shared folders a lot and we have to get the contents transferred out before we can close the account.

Do they appear in Notify? If so, we get this a lot and is fixed by deleting the following registry key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\GroupWise]
