New Data, it looks like it is related to calling plans.
after monitoring the dchannel I go the following
DCH 19 UIPE_OMSG CC_SETUP_REQ REF 000011FA CH 19 23 TOD 12:53:08
PROGRESS: ORIGINATING END IS NOT ISDN

I have multiple sets that send out only the ext# as caller id.
I know this is normally controlled by CLID table
So I have a DN that works correctly when the TNB has key 01 SCR 1994 0 it gives the proper 10 digit caller ID
When I add that DN on one of the sets that is sending...
Ok maybe I misunderstood but I tried creating a new entry
I have the same issue it automatically populates the ESA_APND value as yes with no ability to change it.
I have a single entry for CLID and I am unable to use load 15 to change ESA_APDN to NO
after typing 0 on entry t steps through the values until it gets tot ESA_APDN and then just allready has a yes and goes to the next line.
Do I need to change something else first.
I am trying to have all...
I have set up a DN as MCR that forwards to VM after 4 rings on 6 phones.
It is now being reported that not all the phones start ringing at the same time, and one of the phone only gets to 2 rings before they all stop and the call is forwarded to VM.
Anybody have a clue where to start looking...
I had a client today that wanted to dial the phone number 317-800-XXXX
The phone switch choked on it trying to dial it as a local (since that is our area code) 9,800-xxxx
And as a long distance 8,317-800-XXXX
I am assuming that the 800 exchange is causing the issue?
Any thoughts on how to make...
I have a phone that the line ringing indicator "little arrow on display screen" on a 3905 stopped working.
any ideas or is this a display issue?
thank you in advance
Greg
I have a CS1000 Switch which we no longer have the symposium server connected to.
I have a TN that still has a ACD set as KEY00 can I just nuke that key?
I am assuming that the database we are worried about is the Symposium database, not the phone switch?
Thanks
Greg
trvlr1 thanks for the reply. I did exactly what you said bit I am still confused if you look at my original matrix I have 2 loop 4 shelf 0 -3 in different cabinets ( I think). Does the LDIS 4 0 command query both cabinets at the same time?
[/indent]S0 S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP
01 004 004 004 004...
I appreciate the response but it does not really answer my question about what appears to be 3 cabinets in an option 61 it looks like I would need to run 12 queries not the 8 that I can figure out?
I think you are operating under a false assumption. The port most likely will not give out he same IP address which would be handled by your DHCP server not the switch. I say most likely because DHCP lease have a time to live and it is usually set in hours.
Without the switch model here is the only information I could get. Are both locations on the same physical network? Are you you using fixed IP or DHCP?
If you are using fixed IP and both locations are not on the same physical netowrk I would guess you have an ip conflict
This is with the leds...
Here is a print out from LD 97
S0 S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP
01 004 004 004 004 NO 08
02 020 020 020 020 NO 08
03 004 004 004 004 NO 08
I am trying to use LDIS to find all disabled TN's
How is the 3rd line down handled?
If I run LDIS 4 0
Is that showing...
Okay I resolved this issue with another approach it seems the calls were going into the cue through our voicemail system, I rerouted it there.
Thanks for your help
Greg
