I have multiple sets that send out only the ext# as caller id.

I know this is normally controlled by CLID table

So I have a DN that works correctly when the TNB has key 01 SCR 1994 0 it gives the proper 10 digit caller ID

When I add that DN on one of the sets that is sending out the wrong info KEY 01 SCR 1994 0 it gives the caller ID of 994-000

Can someone give me a clue to what settings are on the TNB that may be causing this.

I did a side by side comparison and the only differences are

Working RNPG 7 non working RNPG 3
Working CLS has IRA non working IRD
Working non working LPK 5

thank you in advance

Greg

New Data, it looks like it is related to calling plans.

after monitoring the dchannel I go the following

DCH 19 UIPE_OMSG CC_SETUP_REQ REF 000011FA CH 19 23 TOD 12:53:08
PROGRESS: ORIGINATING END IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:317352xxxx NUM PLAN: E164 TON: NATL
CALLED #:317670xxxx NUM PLAN: E164 TON: NATL

DCH 19 UIPE_OMSG CC_SETUP_REQ REF 00001202 CH 19 21 TOD 13:07:52
PROGRESS: ORIGINATING END IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:1252000 NUM PLAN: PRIVATE TON: UNKNOWN
CALLED #:1585478xxxx NUM PLAN: PRIVATE TON: UNKNOWN

I think I had a red herring in that it has to do with local/long distance rather than the TN

I do not believe I need diffenrent calling plans as now all my long distance goes out on the same T1 where at one point I think they had differnet circutis for local, instate and out of state.

How do I seet everything to use PLAN e164?

You can try a blank DGT entry for your RLB entry for your local and LD calls.

DMI XXX <-- whatever number you can use
DEL 0
ISPN NO
INST
CTYP (choices would be NCHG, UKWN, NPA, NXX, INTL - you can one of these to see what will send out. If i have issues, i just send out NCHG and the carrier picks up based on what i dial)

Hope this helps.

John
