Here is a print out from LD 97

S0 S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP

01 004 004 004 004 NO 08
02 020 020 020 020 NO 08
03 004 004 004 004 NO 08

I am trying to use LDIS to find all disabled TN's

How is the 3rd line down handled?

If I run LDIS 4 0

Is that showing my the TNs for both lines (cabinets)? 01 and 03 ?

I am not sure how to communicate this

but if I run the following commands do I have all the disabled TNs?

LDIS 4 0
LDIS 4 1
LDIS 4 2
LDIS 4 3
LDIS 20 0
LDIS 20 1
LDIS 20 2
LDIS 20 3

Thank you in advance

Greg

For an Option 11:

LD 32
.LDIS c [ List TNs of all disabled units in specified cabinet (being one of the cabinets of your Option 11, enter 1 to receive information on the first cabinet then 2 etc.)]

For the larger Meridian systems:

LD 32
.LDIS L S (where L is the loop number and S is the shelf number) List TNs of all disabled units on the specified shelf

I appreciate the response but it does not really answer my question about what appears to be 3 cabinets in an option 61 it looks like I would need to run 12 queries not the 8 that I can figure out?

In a 61 you would have to run a query for each shelf you have ie LDIS 4 0 , LDIS 4 1, LDIS 12 0 etc This represents each loop you have (these may not correspond to what you have exactly so just sub in your loop numbers.) In LD 11 for example, at the prompt enter STAT. This will list a lot of "stuff", you are looking for Superloops ie:
004 = SUPER LOOP
000 DSBL 000 BUSY

So if you type (can be done in LD 11 as well as others)
LDIS 4 0
and the response is
NONE
There are no disabled phones in that superloop and may look like thi

If you type
LDIS 4 0
And the response is
CARD 02 UNIT 01 02 15

Then TN 4 0 2 1, 4 0 2 2, and 4 0 2 15 are all disabled in that Superloop.

Hope this makes sense.

trvlr1 thanks for the reply. I did exactly what you said bit I am still confused if you look at my original matrix I have 2 loop 4 shelf 0 -3 in different cabinets ( I think). Does the LDIS 4 0 command query both cabinets at the same time?

[/indent]S0 S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP

01 004 004 004 004 NO 08
02 020 020 020 020 NO 08
03 004 004 004 004 NO 08

Or am I wrong in think the first column represents cabinets 1,2,3?

The 01,02,03 you are seeing is the CONT (Controller Card on the shelf). So the first line may be 4-0 and the 3rd line may be 4-1

To find your digital sets use ld 117

inv generate sets

Then you will get a better idea of your Loop-Shelf numbers

It might be easier to find the loops using "inv gen cards" and after you get the "MAT010 Inventory card generation complete" use "inv prt cards" and look at your XUT rsponses.

I.E. "XUT , 004 0 00, NT8D14AH
XUT , 004 1 01, NT8D14AH"

Then you can base your "LDIS" on that.

And yes LDIS 4 0 shows all of the disabled TN's wherever they are on the 61/81

I think what you are asking is "why do I show loop 4 twice in the matrix?"

S0 S1 S2 S3 LOC DIS RGTP

01 004 004 004 004 NO 08
02 020 020 020 020 NO 08
03 004 004 004 004 NO 08

the number at the far left is the XPEC---XPEC 01 and 04 are connected with Loop4

along with printing the XPE in LD 97----prt the SUPL---this will show you which shelf is associated with XPEC-0 and XPEC-1
XPEC-0 will be shelf 0---XPEC-1 will be shelf 1
