I have a CS1000 Switch which we no longer have the symposium server connected to.

I have a TN that still has a ACD set as KEY00 can I just nuke that key?

I am assuming that the database we are worried about is the Symposium database, not the phone switch?

Thanks

Greg

Although you no longer have the Symposium ACD Server, bear in mind that your CS1000 system might still be running a basic ACD system using default ACD queues in LD 23. The ACD Queue number on key "0" should be rung to check if it is still in use.

Firebirdscrambler thanks for the reply, but even so what does it hurt to delete the KEY00

You need to out and rebuild the set to avoid PBX corruption.
