The problem I am experiencing is that I have some 6140 handset that fall into a coma state after not being used (they are idle attached to belt) when they go out of range of the WLAN. When I come to use it, it is not working, it display the extension number twice its size in the display, no...
It is MGCP, the interface card is a DT24+, and don't know what "binding q.931 to ccm via backhaul support" is...
sorry
I noticed incoming calls and out going calls are using ports 23 and down. How can ports 1 and up become locked out if they aren't used. I have to find what device uses the ports...
I have setup a PRI between, a 61C-PBX from Nortel and a CCM release 3.3. it is working fine but some channels are being LockedOut in the PBX, the first few members. When calls go out, CCM uses bottom up, so it must be from calls coming in.
My route in the PBX is a TIE route. And I used a DTI24...
I have 3 route patterns,
One is for internal phones on a different system 2XXX
The othe is 9.XXXXXXX for people who dial 7 digits
ANd the last is 9.@ for 10 digit dialing.
But what happens is that the Call Manager waits for more than 7 digits and that timer is 15 seconds to long. I can't find...
No it is not just the MWI being lit later.
The person who reported it to me is my IT support. I trust her, she told me she took her messages when she got in, (1 message). Then 5 minutes later, 6 messages (earlyer messages than the first one) was in her voice mailbox. it was reported to me from...
I'm sorry, it works here, I am going out on a digital route, maybe you are not and it dials the 9 to fast, try to input the whole number as HOT D 10 95143708787 and see if you get a different result, try with an internal number to see what result you get.
Let us know,

Yes but that is right because the call is from conferenced from the mail until someone answers. if no answer then goes to his voice mail. I think it has to do with the mail TNs.
I don't know the answer but maybe I point you in the right direction...

Here is how I would do it: (without moving from my chair)
Check the CDR records (internal and external) and would filter each DN to see if it is used or not. I would have to check everyday for a month.
Then:
Call the numbers left to see if someone answers or if a device answers, I would do...

in older version you cannot mov phones if they are not in the same LOOP 4-0-x-x cannot be moved to 8-0-x-x. You have to delete it and reprogram it.
Good Luck

Thanx, but checked it, and besides, when this condition appears, if you tilt the phone you can actully see what was on the screen when it froze. And the program key is inoperatable at that point, the rest of the keys work, but not the program key. The phone still can receive and make calls...
My customer purchased alot of M2616 in February, and I found that many have a display problem. The problem is that it displays black blocks, intermitently. We reset the phone but it comes back a day later. Changing the set resolved the problem, reseting the phone never resolved the problem and...

Try this from your phone:
Establish an external call. Press transfer and dial an external number and press transfer again, you should not be able to transfer that external call.
