I have an OP81C and an OP11C in a CDP configuration. There is no trunking on the OP11C but a PRI to my OP81C. A call comes in on a DID route to the OP81C to local 2021. 2021 is IDC to 5300 which is a DSC to the OP11C. 5300 is the Auto Attendant number of the OP11C. The calling party is asked to enter the ext of the person he wishes to talk to, lets say 5435. On the set's display of the called party (5435), it's always the LDN of the OP11C (5300) that appears, not the number of the calling party. On the other hand, if the calling party leaves a voice mail, when the called party listen to his messages, he gets the calling party's number.

That tells me that the CLID travels along but for some reason, is not displayed on the called party's display. It's always the LDN of the OP11C that's showing on the set's display.

Any idea anyone?

Yes but that is right because the call is from conferenced from the mail until someone answers. if no answer then goes to his voice mail. I think it has to do with the mail TNs.

I don't know the answer but maybe I point you in the right direction...

Make sure you have Network Call Redirection turned on the DID route on the 81C. (In LD 16, set NCRD=YES) If the CLID is still not passed, you may need to do the same to the PRI route between the 81C and 11C.

Thanks, I will try that and let you know.
