you are correct in that all the phone stuff is on the 10.0.15.0 /24 network. I have to configure my computer (that you are accessing) to a 10.0.8.0 / 24 number to be able to see the ip-office device.

The provider did mention that, I know I used a brand new 15' Cat 6 patch cord, but anything is possible.

Have a 11.0 Essential mode system just switched providers to SIP phone lines, from PRI circuit.
This appears to be a fairly newer provider & sometimes I wonder if they know what they are talking about.
SIP has been up & working for sometime, but has an occasional outages.

Didn't see that in the System Preferences under the General tab, Max call record length, I was always looking under Housekeeping.
Dropped that down from default 3600 to 2000 seconds.
That should make them happy.
