I have a laptop in the field with what appears to be a rouge process called BESClient.exe. Has anyone heard of this? I found a web site stating that this is the remote control client. The vendor is Big Fix.

There is an Extension for FF called "IE View" that will open links in IE. In the Tools menu, there is an option to "Always View this page in IE". If the user tries to open the link with FF it will re-direct to IE automatically.

Have you used rules in GroupWise? It has some decent pattern matching tools. You can have it search the subject or the message and have it only run the rule on messages from specific email addresses. Novell has some tips on setting up rules on it's "Cool Solutions" for GroupWise site...
