384 is the user limit of an IP500 regardless of how you add them, DS or IP, or a mix.

...Create the SCN link as normal, but set the number of channels to 1 and the number of outgoing channels to 0.
Create a new ARS entry called **NET**
Include the shortcodes needed to match extns. Should be able to use wildcards (not tested it).

There's a difference between extns that you dial, and base extns, which is what an IP phone will register to the system with. Sometimes. So where you were stuck with the phone not accepting the credentials, that was it logging into the system to register as a device.

Feature:Voicemail collect
Telephone Number:"?huntgroupname"
the rest can be default.
Then set up a button to dial that shortcode.

Sometimes removing the SD and re seating it then rebooting the IP5090 will clear that.
Failing that, run the recreate SD card process.

I don't use the toolbox personally but I think his personal email was in there somewhere, might be worth reaching out if it is, he might read it and have some ideas. He's pretty helpful and would no doubt be pleased that people still use it.

Unfortunately I very much doubt this will be resolved. George (the guy that wrote it) used to work for me, but he has moved on and no longer works on Avaya kit/IP Office any more.
