Have you tried printing the 1-Wide single feed to the screen as a test? It will print 2 to a page, and works with a laser printer.

Try looking in the PM30300 table, which is the 'Apply to History File'. When you post a check and apply it to an invoice, and the invoice is paid in full, it moves to history. The 'Apply To' table stores the links between invoice and check.

stef315, You are obviously correct. Something else to consider and easy to make the mistake.

The original post mentions the numbers are correct, so I eliminated that as a possibility.

Try going into your column format and go to "Print Control" in your Column Detail row. Change this value to "XCR" which should change the sign for the column if the normal balance is a "CR".

Your problem may be that you have "credit" accounts in the rows displaying as negatives. Go into your row format and be sure the Column E (Normal Balance) has a "C" in the columns that are negative, and rerun the report.

There is a product called "Changer" from a company named "Corporate Renaissance" which will allow you to change the customer number along with all corresponding transactions. There are several "Changer" products, one for renumbering GL accts.,one for employees, one for customers, etc.
