Need GLDEL utility & password to fix G/L out-of-bal

Hello,

G/L transaction posting failed when user turned off their
terminal (while posting) causing an out-of-balance condition. Some transactions did not post.

Using Novell Great Plains Dynamics version 6.0 on Pervasive.

Where can I get a copy of GLDEL and/or the password.
I have read the the GLDEL utility can be used to delete selected G/L (posted) transactions.

I have a copy of GLDEL.ZIP. When we try to unzip it, it asks
for a password.

Believe you need to call Great Plains tech support for this. They use different passwords for different versions of the gldel utility.

I know the password to this. They want partners to use it though. It's against audit trace of the program. Are you a partner or a customer? If partner, you should be able to contact support. If customer, you're partner should be able to help you.
