On the channels what are the options for line signaling? its been a while since i have put in a T1. you can also try changing the line signaling from CPE to CO. do you have access to System monitor? you can look at the t1 much better in there when trying to make or receive calls.
You have to make sure you set the trunk type to T1 and not PRI. then you want to make sure you have the correct expected digits and the channels set properly.
They are probably spam posts in forums you are watching. i had to use the unsubscribe option on the bottom of one of the emails to stop all the emails every time someone posted or commented in a forum.
you can also build a shortcode that may work for this better. You can use D or Y
D = Wait for Connect Wait for a connect message before sending any following digits as DTMF.
Y = Wait for Call Progress Message Wait for a Call Progress or Call Proceeding message before sending any following...

i had this a long time ago and i think i added a prefix to the line and it helped. It may be worth a shot. not sure why it helped but i think it did. I think it only helped with a line appearance and not a short code.
