CMS AVAYA - API Integration

Hii, There is my first thread plz be patiente with me.

In a project i need make an integration using Avaya ASA, to see all calls in a database in realtime, How i can make this? I need Avaya API ? Or Another sistem to Make this database, i'm starting the project and i need tips.

Should be on the Aura forum...nothing to do with IP Office.

But you got the answer in the title - CMS. You need the real time socket license and that ain't cheap. Avaya ASA won't help you.
