Did you add the new 10 digit numbers (or 11 digits if forwarding to a long distance#) in System Manager Elements/Routing/Dial Patterns?
We have a template saved that we copy for EC500 and just fill in the number to forward to and make it 10 or 11 digits depending. Some of that may already...
can I just add her other number to her voicemail box as an extra number? that way no matter what, if a message gets left it will light that lamp - and she already knows to check both mailboxes if the lamp is lit...
OK I ended up just marping that number to a spare key I had on my set as an mcn. I'll never nocitce it and if I do I won;t worry about it.
However, like you seemed to indicate up there, her message waiting light doesn't come on for that 7566 number - what do I need to do for the work around...
HI folks - long time no see- mostly because things are running pretty smoothly which is good. But I have an odd thing that I'm not sure what to do about. I have a 3903 on a 61C release 4.5. I have 2 SCR numbers programmed on it that I want to keep separate - line 1 does not rollover to line 2...
Forgive me if this went over my head but those values are the sample that Nortel gives - as if you were working for Nortel. You need to get with your Network department and get the domain controller/LDAP configuration from them.

AM I missing soemthing or are we not talking live dial pad? Options/Live Dial Pad from an M39xx phone - not sure about 2000 series phones.
And I'm sorry I don;t remember if you must enable a specific cls to make it work...
Everything is all cleared up now. Incidentally, I was never able to get the MCP update from Nortel/Avaya but I was able to edit the files on the server and that cleared up the March expiration problem.
As for the invalid login, after some tactful inquiries with the Network department it turns...
Hi Allenmac, thanks for that - I'm going to get it right now - do you think it will fix the "invalid credentials" error I am now getting after editing the dates in those files like the other thread suggested? THe page comes up now but credentials that all worked fine before now no longer...
I can't believe that was hard coded in there! lol and worse, I can't believe i missed that on my initial search. As always, Tek Tips delivers. Thanks Yyrkroon! (and thanks to the folks in that other thread too.)
All I can tell you is what I do and it sounds like my situation is different - I use putty to telnet into a remote switch and to get out of cslogin I hit: ~.
(tilde period)
Since I haven't heard of your ctrl A D I suspect that mine is way different.
I want to emphasize here that I am just...
