We got an area code overlay that requires 10 digit dialing for all local numbers. Went in and changed all the numbers in station mapping. When I run a trace on the call it is only sending 8 digits. Calling the cell number directly works fine. I can't find where it is stripping out the last 2 digits.

Anybody have an idea what I am missing?

Did you add the new 10 digit numbers (or 11 digits if forwarding to a long distance#) in System Manager Elements/Routing/Dial Patterns?

We have a template saved that we copy for EC500 and just fill in the number to forward to and make it 10 or 11 digits depending. Some of that may already need to be set up as far as your SBCs and what-not. Sorry if I'm not explaining it well, I'm more of an experienced user who can follow instructions than I am guru like these guys in here.
