CallPilot/Outlook Invalid Credentials. Check LDAP account and Password

the LDAP is set for dc=nortel,dc=ca and the user mailbox and passwords are correct. The message pops up when the user attempts to download the address book.
 
Check if server's fqdn setup (for example, Callpilot.verison.com)
then dc=verison, dc=com
 
LDAP is set for dc=nortel,dc=ca
Forgive me if this went over my head but those values are the sample that Nortel gives - as if you were working for Nortel. You need to get with your Network department and get the domain controller/LDAP configuration from them.
