They may not like it that you're installing them while the server's hot. Have you tried installing both power supplies in one of the servers while it's off, then powering it up?
Here's the Maintenance Manual for the S8800:

Let's say you've just been told there was a split registration event, but now it's over and all is well. Then someone else asks "What caused it, which gateways were affected and how long did it last?" Where do you look? What logs are available to help find the answers?
Is your main number a VDN? Do you have that in the public numbering table? Something's missing from public or private numbering. Looks like you may be using unk-prvt on the trunk group. Have you double checked both forms?
My guess would be it's most likely something to do with your public numbering plan. Start from the beginning...
What has the Originating Caller dialed?
How did they end up speaking with the Operator?
What does the Operator dial to get the call to the AC gateway?
They've revamped support.avaya.com!
Goto this site:http://support.avaya.com/downloads/download-details.action?contentId=C20106214076560_1&productId=P0433
It's the 6.0 GA load for ASA.
That will take you to PLDS, you're going to need a valid login.
And you can get the SP back at the support...
I'm about to swap out a G450 where I had a G650. I'm concerned about the Paging Loudspeaker port which is connected to a TN763 AUX Trunk card. Am I going to need a UPAM between an analog port and the paging amp in order to support this going forward, please?
Thanks,
Phil
There's a SEARCH function in Windows that will find it for you.
But, I think it's something like
My Documents\Application Data\Avaya\Site Administration\...blah blah blah..
Check it out...
Does this station have a unique cover path?
Or, it may be that the Cisco system is misinterpreting the ACTIVE status of the Avaya phone to mean BUSY. Have you posted in the Cisco forum as well?
Have you tried tracing the Avaya station when it's active and a call is placed to it?
