We have an 800# coming through a dedicated circuit and the ISP states they are sending it to DNIS 7000. I don't see a VDN 7000 on our phone switch but when I do a list extension-type 7000, it shows up as LDN. What do I need to do to see what the extension does? I want to see what the call flow is once it hits our system, but can't seem to locate the commands on the switch.
Thank you.

Listed Directory Numbers go to the Attendant Queue or the night destination if the system is on night service
