I've found the file within u/db and can upload the correct file, but when i run the UPDATE_CORP_DIR COMMAND to apply the update it responds only with updated for customer 0. Are there any other commands to run to for the second customer?
Hi all,
I have recently upgraded to rls 7.65 and I am having issues with updating the corporate directory. I have 2 separate customers on the PBX, I can update customer 0 through via UPDATE_CORP_DIR in pdt, is there a process for updating customer 1 this way as well?
Thanks in advance
Hi all,
I'm currently working on implementing virtual office on a release 7.5 switch. The customer wants the phone in the logged out state to have the ability to phone the local onsite security personnel and not connect to 911. Within the ESA programming I can assign a SPN/DSC number with no...

Hi,
I am new to the NCR platform but today I have had to replace and rebuild a faulty call recording server. I have reloaded the NCR software, but have an issue with the license file. As the server has been repaced, the MAC address looks like its tied to the NIC card (which isn't removable) the...

Does anyone know if any of the tones and cadences setting could affect fax machine? Also there are some flash timers in LD 97, could anything like that affect them? MG to MG faxing is still no successful.
I've just tested a fax to fax on the same MG and that works correctly. It appears to be when the call goes either to the carrier or to another MG. FAXA and MPTA were already set on the CLS.
Hi,
I have a release 5.5 CS1000E issue with certain fax machines not being able to send or receive. Has anyone else had any issues or know of any areas of prgramming that may affect fax machines?
Thanks
Yes that could be possible. We dont actually maintain any of the other PBX's thats the trouble.
And although i've heard this before the customer is saying that the calls have only started to be disconnected since the new Nortel PBX was installed.
Thanks for the info, i'll give that a try.
They are being used for connecting into several remote restricted sites. I believe they go into a network and each site has a different code.
Hi,
I have a problem with AC15 trunks dropping calls after 3 minutes. I'm guessing there are some timers for trunk disconnect but cant for the life of me find them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I had a 1005r new install go faulty. In the mean time we had to use a 600r with different key codes. Now i am being asked if it is possible to migrate all the user info/messages from the 600r to 1005r while changing the keycodes. Is this possible ?
The primary clocking sources are our carriers. I have 16 DPNSS links all showing this error, i would guess that it is possibly a clocking issue. Just not sure how to rectify it.
The links to our carrier are all healthy, its just the internal DPNSS to the Mitel that are showing errors.
Hello,
I have a CS1K at release 5 linked into a Mitel sytem via DPNSS. On all the DPNSS links we are receiving High Error Rate alarms, and after a certain amount of these the links drop out. I have no idea why these alarms are being generated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
