Hi,
I have a problem with AC15 trunks dropping calls after 3 minutes. I'm guessing there are some timers for trunk disconnect but cant for the life of me find them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try changing your Trunk Members to SUPN YES (LD 14)
'Supervision' - Not used AC15's for many moons though what's hanging off these ?

Cheers!!

Thanks for the info, i'll give that a try.

They are being used for connecting into several remote restricted sites. I believe they go into a network and each site has a different code.

I see the "TFD 3600" = which means "Disconnect after 3600 seconds" - is it possible another site has TFD 180? (3 minutes)?

Yes that could be possible. We dont actually maintain any of the other PBX's thats the trouble.

And although i've heard this before the customer is saying that the calls have only started to be disconnected since the new Nortel PBX was installed.
