    Just run standard multi core cable between buildings as you would for any Pots phone. Terminate on Patch panel each end .Main cab and remote Cab. Then use patch cords from the Expansion Module to connect phones at each end

    Look in system monitor…see if the error shows there. Maybe all ip licence used up… Maybe ip address used up and no more can be released. Reboot clears them.

    Sounds as though I code is enbloc dialling and the other is dial delay. Check you shortcode ; routing. And yes use monitor or SSA to see how it’s dialing. User codes prioritise system codes.
