Extension Error

Have a customer R11.1.3.1. 7 site SCN and they are occasionally getting Extension Error when trying to log a phone in. They do this all the time and have a standard login code, so this does not seem to be user error. The strange thing is, is that after this happens, they are not able to login any phones at that IP500 until the control unit is rebooted, it's as if the security settings lockout any further phone logins. I looked in security settings and didn't see anything there.

Look in system monitor…see if the error shows there.

Maybe all ip licence used up…
Maybe ip address used up and no more can be released. Reboot clears them.
 
can you check the blacklisted IPs and Extensions from the table in the system status app and remove them if existed?
