Same phone will prompt for Auth Code for numbers that are not in the FCR tree but are numbers that use the same RLI. If you dial a number that is in the FCR you don't get prompt for the Auth Code. 9 is the AC1.

Some provider will not accept an ivalid CLID when you call 800 numbers. Let's say you are sending more than 10 or less digits they will reject the call. Check your CLID tables.
I have a customer that has an Auth Code associated with an FCR tree. If someone dials 9 + any number on that tree the system will not prompt them for the Auth Code. Any idea how this is done?
