    Paging Amp? Option 11c?

We've got speakers which are run throughout our office, which I'm guessing also are pumping white noise through. Our recep presses a button, (which is just setup as a adl and that's the page feature)

    Paging Amp? Option 11c?

I'm getting ready to switch over to VOIP, coming off a Option 11c system. Does the 11c have a separate paging amp, or is it built into the existing boxes?

Change outside line from 9 to 8?

I'm on an option 11c, was hoping someone could offer some help. We have received several calls from 911 that we are dialing them several times during the day. Can I "easily" change the way users dial an outside line from 9 to 8?

Wondering if anyone can help me out on this one.... Currently our recep has to hit the night mode button on the 2250 console, which puts it into night mode, before 5:00pm, it would just say "the attendant is busy" so obviously the business hours are setup, and was able to see that in meridian...

Two questions, 1. Forward to voicemail, 2. DIG- Non intercom?

Ok, here's my next question: The boss would like a button that he presses and it goes to his admin (almost like a hotline) but also it needs to go on another admin's phone. For now, I just have setup ADL 7025 (the internal #) on the bosses phone: On the admin's phone I just setup SCR 7025, is...

    Rollover/Hunting question

I have setup internal #'s, non DID's. Our current configuration has a main DID, and then a Rollover #. I would like to set this up on the non DID's I have setup. For example: DID # 4004 Rollover: 5804 Obviously if the user is on 4004, and someone calls on 4004, it still rings to 5804. The...
