I have an option 11c, and I have a user coming from another office, I have his Speed dial #'s from his old system, I'm just not sure where to set them up on ours, does anyone have any documentation on how to setup a speed dial list?

you might want to go to 20 and prt scl 1st to find a vacant scl to use.. you can add the entries from the screen or the set..key x scc 20

Ok, in your example, is that SCC 20 meaning it would be speed call list 20?

yes, if that was my next vacant, then i would use 20

Ok, it appears as though we don't have vacants, they are just setup, but none are actually used, can I just edit one that's existing?

here's an example of a new scl 20 with a few entries

Code:
REQ new

TYPE scl

LSNO 20
DNSZ 24 [COLOR=red] longest allowed dn[/color]
SIZE 20 [COLOR=blue] number of entries [/color]

WRT (ADDS: MEM: 127 DISK: 0.2)

STOR 0 912317775555[COLOR=red] entry 0 [/color]
WRT
STOR 1 94341233
WRT
STOR 2 4484

just keep adding entries, use a return at the write prompt
